Return and refund policy
30 days to decide You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase. This also applies to items bought in a set or with a discount.
How to start a return Please contact us first at with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Hygiene note For hygiene reasons, the Satin Sleep Bonnet can only be returned unworn and in its original sealed packaging.
Exchanges The fastest way to get a different color or item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
